Telehealth Services

Telemedicine using online video calls is already popular in the U.S. Our clinic also offers telehealth services to those who live far away from our clinic or have difficulty vising our clinic due to poor physical condition. If you need medications, we can send your prescription to pharmacies near you.

Currently, the telehealth services for people who live in New Jersey, Connecticut, Washington, D.C., Maryland, and Virginia, are available at Hibari Family Medical.

Referring Patients to Specialists and Medical Facilities

If our examination finds that you need to receive advanced medical treatment or further examination by a specialist, we make a referral to appropriate medical facilities or specialists near you. Detailed explanations of our patients’ conditions will be provided by our clinic to those medical facilities in advance.

For patients who prefer to receive examination or treatment in Japan, we refer them to an appropriate medical facility after confirming the location of their choice, and also prepare necessary documents such as referral in Japanese.
