I’d like to receive vaccination most appropriate for staying in the U.S.

Certain types of vaccines will be ordered only upon your request. Please contact us for your vaccination request.

Do I need to schedule an appointment for vaccination? How much does it cost?

Yes, please schedule an appointment. Certain vaccines have a short storage life, and therefore, we order them after you schedule an appointment. Many types of vaccination are covered by insurance. Please contact your insurance company directly for specific fees.

Prescription

I’d like you to prescribe medications I obtained from another medical institution. Can you just prescribe medications?

A.

In order to prescribe medications, a physician must examine your condition first. If you want to request a specific medication, please let the physician know at the time of examination.

Do I need to schedule an appointment?

Our clinic uses a scheduling system where patients with an appointment are given priority. Please contact us before your visit to minimize the waiting time. Even with an appointment, patients may be called in sooner or later than others depending on the situation. We appreciate your understanding.

Until what time is the clinic open?

We are open until 5 p.m.

Is there a parking lot?

Yes, there is a parking lot.

Do you take appointments on Saturdays, Sundays and holidays?

As of now, the clinic is closed on Saturdays, Sundays and holidays. After the opening of our new clinic, however, we will schedule appointments from Monday through Saturday.

The privacy of users is protected in compliance with the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) designed to regulate the privacy of medical information in the U.S.

We can prescribe medications as necessary according to the physician’s diagnosis.

Do you accept the U.S. insurance plans?

A.

Yes, we accept various private medical insurance plans. Note, however, that coverages and deductibles are different for each insurance company and your specific plan. Please feel free to contact us for details. Unfortunately, we do not accept Medicare and Medicaid, the U.S. public health insurance programs.

I’d like to receive consultation by using the cashless medical service automatically included in the credit card medical insurance or overseas travelers’ accident insurance.

A.

Yes, you can use the service. However, the compensation details for the credit card medical insurance vary by the type or terms and conditions. Please contact an overseas call center of your credit card company to confirm the availability of cashless medical service at our clinic.
The applicable ranges of the cashless medical service for the overseas travelers’ accident insurance also vary by your specific agreement, so please check the insurance certificate. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact us.

I’m a holder of an overseas travelers’ accident insurance. Can I receive consultation by using the cashless medical service?

A.

Yes, you can use the cashless medical service. Some insurance companies use different procedures for cashless medical services. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact us. Unfortunately, the cashless medical service may not be available depending on your symptoms.
